I think Primordium is an epic company. It has changed how we clone in the lab. Hats off to Mark and team https://t.co/vddixyoSG9

Cloning at an early-stage #startup just got a lot more fun! 🤩 Shout out to @PrimordiumLabs for including our samples in their alpha tests for whole plasmid sequencing directly from bacterial colonies! Got beautiful data in just a few days!!! 😻😻😻

What is this magic? Just received our first results back from @PrimordiumLabs. Could’ve never imagined having a fully annotated plasmid map for so cheap. Planning to sequence all of our constructs now.. pic.twitter.com/UGYiqhjt20

My students have been plagued by sequencing issues since GeneWiz became Azenta. Compared Azenta Sanger sequencing (F+R, $6 per rxn) to @PrimordiumLabs whole plasmid sequencing ($15/rxn). Annotated data & time($) saved not having to resend bad-read samples? We're never going back!

Just tired the whole plasmid sequencing service from @PrimordiumLabs and the results came back amazing! Saving so much time on sample prepping and also money 🤑😍 love it

Unsolicited shout-out to the customer service of @PrimordiumLabs who were super helpful and patient helping me make sense of my plasmid sequence! Thank you!

OMG! Got my first full plasmid seq results @PrimordiumLabs . Complete 7kb sequence aligns completely w/ plasmid which'd have needed 5+ primer/rxns to just seq thru insert with Sanger! Maybe I can toss away my >1,500 different seq primers and just primordiate my future plasmids

We also used @PrimordiumLabs and got nice results. Great to see 10kb PCR amplicons without any mutation. It's now possible to raise spend down PO in the R12 purchasing system at University of Oxford https://t.co/sxzvKlXXwz
